Can confirm that the pickle chips-encrusted salmon is an MVP recipe -- I just made it last night and tossed the leftover salmon into a caesar salad today. SO GOOD. I also strongly back that harissa chickpea chicken dish! It has been my husband's go-to "oh @#$ it's my night to cook" recipe for years and it always delivers. Amazing as leftovers as well. And I'm now bookmarking that sesame tofu recipe, because Hetty Lui McKinnon also always delivers so I know it's gonna be gold. Grateful for this whole page!
Congrats on the launch! The gnocchi with Brussels sprouts is an all-time great. I’m going to need to try the Kasama adobo next - the cookbook is beckoning to me on my shelf.
