Recipe: Pickle Chip Salmon with Snap Peas

A 15-minute sheet-pan dinner — and a new favorite way to make salmon

My kind of salmon recipe is one that guarantees no rubbery bites.

Here’s a secret from my recipe development process: 99% of the time, the best ideas come from letting myself free associate.

My line of thinking for this week’s recipe went something like this, according to what I jotted down.

Roast salmon with everything bagel vibes → Maybe with potato chippy mini potatoes [NB: I can’t remember what that means now] → What if I just used potato chips instead → What if I used those dilly potato chips → OMG what if I put the dill pickle potato chips on top of the salmon! I have to try putting dill pickle chips on salmon right freaking now!!!!
